These general terms of use and subscription (hereinafter the "Terms") govern all relations between:
SYDERA MONITORING SARL, a company registered under ICE number 004010096000069, whose registered office is located at Oasis Offices Latitudes, Route de l'Oasis, Bureau 304, Maarif, Casablanca (hereinafter "the Publisher" or "TARS") and any natural or legal person accessing the services offered on https://tars.ma/ (hereinafter "the Client" or "the Subscriber").
These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the Moroccan legislation in force. Using the Services implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
Article 1. Definitions
"Services": the services offered on tars.ma, in particular regulatory monitoring, the legal database, case law, circulars, statistics, the AI assistant and the TARS for Legal tools.
"Subscription": subscription to one or more Services for a fixed period, in return for payment.
"Credentials": the username and password giving access to the Services.
"Third-party Content": official texts, publications, court decisions and data issued by third-party institutions or bodies and referenced, indexed or cited by TARS.
"Generated Content": any document (report, articles of association, contract, letter) produced by the TARS AI assistant at the Client's request.
Article 2. Purpose and nature of the services
TARS is a service that aggregates, indexes and analyses Moroccan official publications and public or licensed databases, enhanced by an assistant using artificial intelligence. TARS claims no intellectual property rights over the Third-party Content accessible through the Service.
TARS does not guarantee that its monitoring is exhaustive, nor that the processing of official sources is entirely free of delay, error or omission. The Client remains solely responsible for checking, in case of doubt, the official text of the original source before making any decision.
Translations provided by TARS (in particular of case law written in Arabic) are given for information only and do not constitute an official or certified translation.
Article 3. Subscription, accounts and access
The subscription includes access to the TARS platform and to continuous updates of the services covered by the chosen offer. Credentials are personal and non-transferable; account sharing is strictly prohibited. For organisation accounts, the account administrator is responsible for the use made by the users they attach to their organisation. The "Discover" mode is a limited demonstration access, without contractual commitment, governed by the same principles of fair use.
Article 4. Prices and invoicing
Prices are those in force on the day of the order, invoiced in Moroccan Dirhams. In the event of late payment, penalties of 10% are payable. In the event of non-payment after a formal notice of 15 days, the subscription may be suspended.
Article 5. Term and termination
Every subscription takes effect upon subscription and is tacitly renewed for identical periods, unless terminated before its expiry date. The Publisher may terminate without compensation in the event of a breach not remedied within 30 days of formal notice, or immediately in the event of a serious violation (account sharing, massive data extraction, misuse of the Service).
Article 6. Client's undertakings
The Client undertakes to use the Services for internal professional purposes of monitoring, documentary research and analysis, and in particular refrains from:
any reproduction, resale, sub-licensing or provision to third parties of the Third-party Content or Generated Content beyond reasonable internal use;
any automated, systematic or substantial extraction of data from the Service (scraping, harvesting, bots);
any attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or to use the AI assistant's answers to train, feed or improve a third-party or competing artificial intelligence system;
any use of the Service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order.
Article 7. Intellectual property
The TARS platform, its code, its organisation, its structured database and its layout are protected by copyright and database rights, and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. Aggregated Third-party Content remains the property of its original institutions or bodies; TARS acts as a monitoring and indexing directory, never as publisher or custodian of such content.
Article 8. Artificial intelligence, generated content and limits
The TARS AI assistant and the TARS for Legal tools provide information and documents for purely indicative and documentary purposes. They rely on the indexed legal database and case law, but may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies despite the source citation mechanisms.
This content in no way constitutes a legal, tax or accounting consultation or opinion within the meaning of the Moroccan regulations governing these professions, and cannot replace the advice of a qualified professional (lawyer, approved legal and tax adviser, chartered accountant).
Any Generated Content (articles of association, contract, letter, review report) must be reread and validated by the Client, where appropriate with the assistance of a qualified professional, before any use, signature, sending or filing. The Client remains solely responsible for the use made of such content and for the decisions taken on that basis.
When the Client submits a document (contract, text) to an analysis tool, the Client acknowledges that this document may be processed by a non-Moroccan third-party artificial intelligence provider for the purpose of generating the answer, and warrants being authorised to submit this document. The Client is invited not to include sensitive personal data or information covered by professional secrecy as long as TARS has not announced a processing tier hosted in Morocco for this use.
Article 9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the TARS Privacy Policy, compliant with Law 09-08, available on the Site and forming an integral part of these Terms.
Article 10. Service availability
The Services are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance operations and technical contingencies. TARS relies on third-party providers (hosting, artificial intelligence, web search, email) whose continuous availability it cannot guarantee. TARS is bound by an obligation of means, not of result, as regards the continuity of the Service.
Article 11. Liability
The Publisher cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of data from third-party sources nor the infallibility of the AI assistant. The Client is solely responsible for the interpretation and use of the information and Generated Content.
The Publisher's liability, for all damages combined, is limited to the sums actually paid by the Client during the last twelve (12) months. The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, in particular loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage to reputation or loss of data.
Article 12. Indemnification
The Client holds the Publisher harmless against any claim, action or judgment by a third party resulting from a use of the Services that does not comply with these Terms, in particular from the use of Generated Content without the checks required by Article 8.
Article 13. Force majeure
The Publisher cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a case of force majeure within the meaning of Moroccan law, including in particular a large-scale cyberattack, a disaster, or the prolonged unavailability of an official source beyond its control.
Article 14. General provisions
If any clause of these Terms were declared void or unenforceable, the other clauses would retain their full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy they incorporate by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Where these Terms are translated into another language, only the French version is authoritative.
Article 15. Amendment of the Terms
The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect a change in the Service or in the regulations. Any substantial amendment gives rise to a new request for acceptance at the Client's next login.
Article 16. Governing law and jurisdiction
Moroccan law alone applies. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Casablanca have exclusive jurisdiction.
At SYDERA MONITORING, publisher of TARS Monitoring Solution, we attach the utmost importance to protecting your privacy. This policy is established in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 and applies to all services offered via https://tars.ma/.

Information you provide: last name, first name, email, telephone, profession, company, billing information, search queries, configured alerts. Questions asked to the AI agent are not retained.

Recipients of the data
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be disclosed to authorised TARS staff, to technical subcontractors (hosting, payment) and to public authorities where required by law.
Transfers abroad
Transfers to servers outside Morocco may take place in connection with cloud services, in strict compliance with Law 09-08.

We implement data encryption, secure authentication procedures and access restrictions to protect your data.

TARS uses only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to function and to keep the service reliable and secure. These cookies do not require prior consent, as they are essential to providing the service.
